Our Favorite Snack Is Now Available in a New, First-Of-Its-Kind Flavor

Wonderful Pistachios have been around in my family for years. I remember sitting side-by-side with my dad, cracking open those little shells when I’d come home from school and needed a snack.

Back then, we loved the original buttery and earthy flavor. Since then, there have been so many other varieties added to the brand, like Roasted & Salted, that I enjoy now as an adult. 

Now, Wonderful Pistachios has released a first-of-its-kind new flavor that I didn’t even realize I was waiting for until I tried it.

Wonderful Pistachios Releases New Dill Pickle Flavor

Dill pickle fans, listen up! Wonderful Pistachios recently launched its brand new Dill Pickle flavor of the No Shells lineup, and you'll want to add it to your snack rotation.

Some of us on the Allrecipes team—myself included—had the opportunity to try them first. The overall flavor is zesty and bright but isn’t too overpowering, so you can still enjoy the nutty, savory notes of the pistachios. The taste is well-balanced, and honestly, I had a hard time not devouring the entire bag in one sitting. Not having any shells to crack open makes them a great on-the-go snack, too. 

Dill Pickle is the latest flavor addition to the award-winning No Shells lineup, which debuted in 2019. It joins other popular flavors like Chili Roasted, Sea Salt & Pepper, and Smoky Barbecue.

Allrecipes editor Bailey Fink also had a chance to try the new pistachios. As a Salt & Vinegar fan, she was pleasantly surprised by how these "offer the same vinegary, tangy punch but with a pretty powerful dill flavor," making them a "perfect snack for pickle lovers"—and one she will be buying again. I couldn’t agree more.

The No Shells Dill Pickle Flavor is available now and sold individually in 2.25-ounce bags at convenience stores nationwide. An eight-pack can also be purchased online. I’ll be stocking up my snack cabinet with these pistachios ASAP.
