Actually, I think it could have been easier... I could blame any misfortune I've encountered on the color of my skin and completely forgotten to take responsibility for my actions...

I'm not wealthy and have worked some very menial jobs... I live in an apartment... I've done a little time for smoking grass and getting caught... I've been looked at as a criminal for my loud bike and long hair...

No, Shooter just needs to understand your criteria for dredging up cases that are years old and already resolved.

How far back are we gonna go? Just the Trump administration? Or is there a time limit? Your earlier comments seem to imply no time limit.

Is any civil or criminal action fair for discussion? The case at issue had both civil and criminal action and was all resolved but you got cranky when Shooter mentioned that.

Are we constrained to just cover US cases, or can we range farther out? (Theres a brutal video of Russian cops dealing with a dark skinned transvestite that should keep riots going for another month at least).

@Numero 3, what's to dislike about what I said? How is it that someone who pays $120K a year in rent alone, has a house, and claims to pay $50K a year in property taxes, how is he "common folk"? Average income in the U.S. is around $60K. That wouldn't cover even half his rent.

So yes he earn more than a lot but not enough to be marginalized for it.

While on one hand you are pretty much right that tracing ancestry back to the Roman occupation of Britain. The possibilities do exist but are rather remote!
On the other hand. You have to use some common sense, my family name on my fathers side has been traced back to the 1300's in England. My family name on my mothers side, traces back to Scotland, and was one of the clans who fought with William Wallace. It does go back earlier by marriage as part of clan Donald. A skin condition I have, genetically traces back to Scotland/Scandinavia so there is a good possibility that I am part Viking as well.

SO! Using just a small amount of common sense, it only stands to reason that earlier ancestors came from those same places. I mean really where the hell did anybody GO in those days? They might over the years wander from village to village spreading out, much like today. They didn't have mass travel 2000 years ago. So where else would my ancestors have been or come from?

I know your bein a wise guy but , but when I’m pulled over . I do the same. I’m polite to police . And I get pulled over quite often . Because of the weird hrs I work . I actually got pulled over for bright light s the other day that cop was a dick head Extraordinaire . I don’t usually say that this cop was a jerk off. ..but I still was nice . But he was Definitely trying to goat me. Finally he said where are you going I said home you should where do you live I said about 500 feet ahead of us . He was a true dick . I had my highbeams on trying to find my driveway . I live in the wilderness. . I seen in his brake lights come on I pulled over before you ever had a chance to turn around. He barely had room to turn around lol lol lol . But one wrong word it will still have gone the wrong way I could tell

 

The gas gauge in my old jeep does not work. I write down the mileage and when I go 200 miles I know to fill up.
Sometimes I miss it a little and run out of gas. Last time I was walking down the interstate with my gas can and a police stopped beside me. Asked me if that was my pickup back there a ways. He didn't ask any questions except about my pickup. Took me to the gas station and then took me back to my pickup and waited to make sure it started.
But I am a nice looking white man.

His intoxication is only relevant to a point. He was fleeing the scene with, if reports are true, a taser that was already fired. Excessive forced was employed on an unarmed individual. If more info comes out and it paints a better picture then I can change my mind.
