I'm cooking a can of tuna fish for dinner tonight I doubt it's gonna be any good but I figured I've never eaten can before so might as well give it a try.

You might want to try the tuna inside, the can its very hard to chew. :)

Yea but that's why you cook the can right, to soften it and to ensure you don't get botulism. Just gotta cook it til it glows and then I think you're good. I already put some spoons in the toaster so I can pre-burn the roof of my mouth so no worries there.

Okay not sure about dinner but let me tell you what's for lunch....
We just got back from my favorite store, Costco. Yes, I'm a cheap bastardo but I like their products as well as their prices. Anyhow I have been eyeing that celantro lime shrimp in the deli for a long, long, time.
Today we're having it for lunch.

I’m not really a cookie person, but they’re keto, so totally allowed.

I find they make a lot of other stuff tolerable. I crumble them into sugar-free ice cream, or Greek yogurt, and it’s not bad at all.

      No gluten, no dairy, Rix!

1 cup sugar-free organic peanut butter
      1 egg
      1/2 cup sugar substitute (I used a monkfruit/stevia blend)

Mix well, roll into balls, criss-cross with a fork on the tops, bake for 6-8 minutes in a 350° oven.

Grabbed some ham, fuets, cheese and a beer from a Spanish supermarket. And all was well with the world.

Because I ate the sausages. And I'm in Spain. That leaves Spain with two sausages less, forever lost for the people of Spain to enjoy.

Yes, that was it. It wasn't called an element as those are in electric ovens. It was the sensor that must work or gas won't flow.

The last time I had a corn dog was at the county fair. They made it fresh right there, dipped in batter, deep fried and served up!

      Please to explain ‘country fried’?

    3. Sanity_is_Relative
The way I make it is make a patty from seasoned ground beef about 1/2 inch thick or less and dredge it in seasoned flour like making fried chicken and plop it in the oil to fry, then put it on a draining rack on a cookie sheet in the oven for a bit to get rid of the oil. Smother in peppered cream gravy and eat up. It is almost a chicken fried steak just easier to chew.

    5. Sanity_is_Relative
I add fresh ground pepper corns, and various other spices into my flour for a dry dredge and coat the patties at least 3 times, dip in an egg wash then the flour and repeat. The more you add to the flour the better it comes out.
