(CNN)The Pennsylvania Supreme Court dismissed a lawsuit Saturday night from US Rep. Mike Kelly and other Republicans, after they had tried to invalidate absentee voting and block the certification of votes in recent weeks.

The dismissal adds to a growing number of losses in court for Republicans and supporters of President Donald Trump, who have tried to attack voting systems in the wake of President-elect Joe Biden's victory. The lawsuits have failed almost uniformly.
The court was unanimous in deciding against Kelly and others, and refusing to block vote certification on Saturday. Five of the seven judges wrote that they believed the lawsuit had been filed far too late, a year after absentee voting procedures had been established in the state and weeks after millions of Pennsylvanians voted in good faith.

On Friday, a federal appeals court dealt the Trump campaign's effort another blow, with a Trump-appointed judge writing in a scathing opinion that the campaign's lawsuit lacked proof and that its allegations in Pennsylvania "have no merit."
The court opinion also rejected Trump's motion to undo Pennsylvania's certification of votes, calling it "unprecedented" and "breathtaking" relief where no fraud had been alleged.

Ohio confirms election results, declaring President Trump winner

Ohio certified its election results after President Trump won the state by a landslide, which gives him 18 votes in the electoral college.

On Friday, Ohio Secretary of State Frank LaRose signed the Buckeye State’s election certification paperwork, which declares President Trump the victor by eight percentage points.

LaRose was proud of the initiatives Ohio took to confirm the outcome of an accessible, safe and accurate election.

“And as a result, we had a fair election and whether your favorite candidates won or lost, all Ohioans can be confident that their voice was heard,” Frank LaRose said. “In fact, the most accessible election in Ohio’s history.”

Sidney Powell files lawsuit claiming Iranian, Chinese operatives potentially targeted Dominion Voting Systems

Sidney Powell’s lawsuit in Georgia reveals Iran and China appear to have tampered with U.S. elections in order to help Joe Biden.

Powell’s ally, attorney Abigail Frye, said Iranian and Chinese operatives had access to ‘Dominion Voting Systems’ in several key states.

The suit found Iran and China were monitoring and manipulating U.S. elections to get their desired outcome this year. The attorney cited the data provided by the 305th U.S. Military Intelligence Battalion.

Powell’s lawsuit is investigating the connections between Iran and Biden, a relationship that potentially grew during his time as vice president.

Journalist Heshmat Alavi recently shared a thread of reports on Twitter, which showcase the potential relationship between Iran and U.S. politics.

According to reports, a pro-Tehran official allegedly visited the White House 33 times to lobby for Iranian interests with former president Barack Obama.

The tweets also point out recent alliances made at the start of 2020 when Sen. Bernie Sanders (D-Vt.) and Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.) hosted a pro-Tehran lobby group.

Powell’s argument sounds very similar to recent reports that came from the Director of National Intelligence, John Ratcliffe. In a briefing before the election, Ratcliffe warned of foreign interference.

“We have confirmed that some voter registration information has been obtained by Iran and separately by Russia,” Ratcliffe stated. “This data can be used by foreign actors to attempt to communicate false information to registered voters that they hope will cause confusion and undermine your confidence…in American democracy.”

Ratcliffe also warned of other tactics used in an attempt to push President Trump out of office.

“We have already seen Iran sending spoofed emails designed to intimidate voters, incite social unrest and damage President Trump,” Ratcliffe added. “These actions are desperate attempts by desperate adversaries.”

 

Sidney Powell launches election lawsuits in Mich. and Ga.

Attorney Sidney Powell released the Kraken. On Thursday, the former Trump administration lawyer filed two explosive election lawsuits in Georgia and Michigan.

The criminal complaints are a compilation of witness statements and affidavits that spell out specific instances of potential fraud in clear detail.

In both suits, Powell said the fraud mainly took place in the form of “old-fashioned ballot stuffing,” which was rendered “virtually invisible” by Dominion and Smartmatic’s computer software. According to the attorney, both programs were created and funded at the behest of foreign oligarchs, specifically to rig elections.

The strategy was first developed and used by Venezuelan Dictator Hugo Chavez to ensure he never lost an election. This was possible due to a core design in Smartmatic’s software that allows it to hide any manipulations to votes during an audit.



The brain of the system, called the “central accumulator,” does not provide an audit log that shows the date and time stamps of all inputted data. This allows unauthorized users to add or modify any data stored in tabulation machines with no risk of getting caught.

Smartmatic CEO Antonio Mugica even admitted the software was prone to tampering after a similar incident in Venezuela back in 2017.

“It is therefore with the deepest regret that we have to report that the turnout numbers…for the constituent assembly in Venezuela were tampered with,” Mugica stated of the occurrence. “It is important to highlight that similar manipulations are made in manual elections in many countries, but they go undetected.”

In her lawsuit, Powell also noted “especially egregious conduct” in Forsyth, Paulding, Cherokee Hall and Barrow Counties.

Records from the Board of Elections found more than 96,000 absentee ballots were requested and counted, but were never returned to county clerks for certification, which made them invalid.

Another notable incident took place in Fulton County. Powell claimed poll workers were evacuated from a tabulation center at the State Farm Arena for several hours on November 3.

According to Powell’s report, workers were told the evacuation was due to a water leak, which required the facility to close. However, city records show the arena’s only water leak happened earlier in the day and it did not affect the area where votes were being counted.



According to a poll official’s affidavit, some employees were left unsupervised during the evacuation.

Meanwhile, witnesses in Michigan described incidences where they felt intimidated by poll officials. In some cases, voters were even coached on how to fill out their ballots.

In another affidavit, expert witness Russell James Ramsland Jr. claims he witnessed Dominion voting machines injecting or fabricating more than 200,000 votes for Joe Biden. According to his statement, four different townships received over 290,000 more votes than they had constituents.

Examples of potential vote switching and double voting were also observed. This included sworn testimony from whistleblowers who witnessed ineligible ballots counted, in some cases, twice.

 

Twitter bans Pa. State Sen. Doug Mastriano after hearing on voter fraud

Big Tech has continued to show bias towards Republicans and GOP lawmakers with social media platform Twitter recently banning Pennsylvania Sen. Doug Mastriano after he organized a Senate hearing on election integrity.



The ban came Wednesday after the Senate Majority Policy Committee convened with the goal of uncovering exactly what happened in the Keystone State.

“I mean, I don’t even know how this happened in America,” stated Mastriano. “We can send, 50 years ago, men to the moon, but we can’t have a safe secure election in Philadelphia and Pennsylvania? What’s going on here?”

The hearing included testimony from multiple witnesses who gave evidence of voter fraud in the 2020 elections with President Trump even delivering remarks via phone.

“Very sad to say it, this election was rigged and we can’t let that happen,” said the President. “We can’t let it happen for our country and this election has to be turned around, because we won Pennsylvania by a lot and we won all of these swing states by a lot.”

The President’s campaign has repeatedly fought to point out voting irregularities in the Keystone State. It has filed 16 suits that cited various instances of fraud, denial of access to Republican poll watchers, mail-in ballot issues and violation of equal protection clauses.

Mastriano slammed the hypocrisy of the left, stating Democrats were more concerned with upholding democracy on the other side of the world than they were in their own states.

“We move heaven and earth with American dollars to secure elections in Iraq and Afghanistan and elsewhere,” he noted. “We can’t do it in our own state? It’s by design.”

Twitter has yet to comment on the ban.
